Partners can order house kits manufactured according to project documentation. Components undergo precise factory cutting, are labeled, and are organized into complete sets prior to shipment.

This allows construction companies to focus on client relations, site preparation, assembly, and finishing work, without the need to establish their own lumber-cutting facilities or design departments.

A ready-to-assemble house kit helps reduce on-site operations, improves crew productivity, and allows for more accurate construction scheduling.

Designs and Additional Services

Leskovo’s design department handles both standard and custom projects. Our specialists assist in adapting designs for manufacturing, refining structural specifications, and determining the kit's contents.

Following the 2026 launch of our facade painting workshop, partners will also be able to order pre-finished facade materials. This expands the range of options available to the end customer and reduces the amount of finishing work required on-site.
