Playhouses for kids projects

To receive a preliminary cost estimate, please fill out the contact form on the Leskovo website and specify the following:

• construction location (city or town);
• intended use of the building;
• preferred construction method;
• dimensions or approximate floor area;
• number of stories and rooms;
• intended season of use;
• required package/configuration;
• contact details.

If you already have a project plan, layout, or sketch, please attach it to your request. Once the information has been reviewed, a specialist will contact you to clarify details and prepare a proposal.

If you haven't yet chosen a construction method, we can help you compare a pre-cut frame kit and a mini-timber kit to see which best suits your needs.

Delivery options are assessed on an individual basis, taking into account the region and order volume.

Customers located in regions where we have partners can contact our authorized dealers. If there is no "Leskovo" representative in your city, you can place an order directly via the contact form on our website.

Prior to delivery, please ensure there is unobstructed vehicle access and a level area prepared for unloading. Delivery terms, costs, and estimated timelines are agreed upon separately.

The production timeframe is determined once the design and specifications have been finalized. It depends on the building's size and complexity, the chosen construction method, the order volume, whether painting is required, and current production capacity.

The estimated production time for a mini-timber house kit is 25 working days, while a frame house kit takes 45 working days.

If you require the house kit by a specific date, we recommend contacting us well in advance to allow sufficient time for design preparation, manufacturing, and delivery.

Home kits can be purchased for DIY assembly or installation by a professional construction crew; factory pre-cutting significantly simplifies the process, as all components are manufactured in advance according to design specifications.

However, high-quality assembly requires proficiency in working with timber structures and strict adherence to design documentation, the construction sequence, and safety requirements. Before construction begins, it is necessary to prepare the foundation, verify its dimensions and geometry, set up an unloading area, and ensure proper material storage.

The full package details are listed on each project card. You can also select additional options and view their costs on the project card.

Yes, Leskovo accepts orders based on both ready-made designs and custom solutions. You can provide a project plan, layout, technical drawing, or sketch of the proposed structure.

Before calculating the cost, our specialists will review the provided information and ask any necessary follow-up questions. Depending on technical feasibility, it is possible to modify the building's dimensions, the placement of interior partitions, the number of windows and doors, the entrance configuration, and other parameters.

A frame house kit forms the structural core of the building, allowing for the installation of thermal insulation within the walls. This technology offers flexibility in choosing insulation thickness and interior or exterior finishes, as well as adapting the structure for either seasonal or year-round use.

Mini-timber consists of profiled wooden elements—typically 45 or 65 mm thick—that interlock during assembly. Such kits are frequently chosen for vacation homes, garden cottages, saunas, gazebos, summer kitchens, and outbuildings.

The appropriate construction method is selected based on the building's intended use, expected service life, insulation requirements, and budget.

Pre-cut refers to a set of framing components that have been prepared and cut to design specifications in advance. These parts are manufactured in a controlled production environment, sorted into groups, and prepared for shipment to the construction site.

This approach reduces the amount of cutting required on-site, minimizes waste, and simplifies the organization of the assembly process.

Assembly is carried out in accordance with the design and installation documentation.

Leskovo manufactures house kits made from 45 mm and 65 mm mini-timber, as well as pre-cut frame house kits. These are suitable for constructing country houses, summer cottages, saunas, guest houses, gazebos, summer kitchens, and outbuildings. The scope of delivery depends on the specific project and the chosen configuration.

Before an order is placed, our specialists clarify the building's intended use, dimensions, layout, operating conditions, and other requirements.
